Brentwood Christmas Lights Switch On
This year’s Christmas lighting up event have a, community spirit focus aimed at the family audience. There will be traditional types of street entertainers for the children, including balloon modelling, stilt walkers and mime artists, as well as a small number of food outlets.

Summary This annual party is a very popular event so book early to avoid disappointment. Ticket price includes and gift and food for the children and refreshments are available for mums and dads too. If your boys and girls are especially good there may be a visit from you-know-who!
Entertainment and a visit from Father Christmas !
Tickets are £6 for adults, £4.50 for children and include buffet lunch, drinks and a present for the child.

Come and visit Santa at Hylands House this year, as he takes time out from his busy schedule. Tell him your Christmas wishes and receive a lucky dip gift. Parents are welcome to take photos. Please expect to queue as Santa is always very popular! Enjoy a lovely Christmas atmosphere at Weald.Meet Father Christmas in his grotto with his live animal friends. Enjoy Christmas music on Sunday 6 and 13 December. Mulled punch, minced pies and gifts for all ages available at the visitor centre.
Times: Visitor centre open weekends 10am-4pm, Tuesday –Friday 11am-3pm December 21st-Christmas eve 10am-4pm.

Santa in the Park – At Great Notley Country Park
Meet the characters from a popular children’s story in the park, help them solve their festive problems and find Santa’s grotto. Suitable for ages 3+. Cost: £7.00 per child including a gift.
Car parking charge £2.00. Walk times: 10.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm. Limited places. Pre-payment essential: please telephone 01376 347134. Meet at the Discovery Centre, Great Notley Country Park.
